Create new version

A version management system is integrated into WebMiau.
Versions are immutable by authors and recoverable by admin.
Before versioning, any author with write permissions can modify the file, including the most recent changes
accidentally delete.
A new file that does not already exist in the version system is displayed in green.
A file whose changes have not yet been saved to the version system is displayed in blue.
Sections that contain modified or new files are also displayed in green or blue.
A new or first version is created with the symbol .
Restore the latest version is created with the symbol .

Versioning is independent of the published state of the file on a MUMIE server.
